It's Dedicated!

Sunday was an awesome day when the Oquirrh Mountain Temple was dedicated! Pres. Monson, Pres. Uchtdorf, Elder Bednar, and other speakers did all a wonderful job.  The temple is five minutes from my house, and only a minute or two away from the elementary I teach at every day. It's been an exciting thought this week to realize it is open and there is work being done inside! I look forward to going through for a session the first time on Thursday.  There were powerful lessons in the dedication about all of us being equal when we all dress in white in the temple, how important it is for the children and youth to prepare for the temple, and how important of a work we are part of as we work in the temple. How blessed to see 3 temples so easily each time I head up to the temple! Last night it seemed to be glowing even brighter as I went jogging by it.  What a blessing to live in this valley at this time, in the latter days!
